We organise a solicitor to post a special letter to the offending person under the solicitor’s letterhead, demanding they retract their defamatory behaviour immediately. The offending person will then be requested to issue an apology by a specified date within 30 days from date of posting). With a serious warning that legal action will be taken without further notice, if the defamatory behaviour is not retracted.

If you chose not to continue to court, you have only paid $49.50 to obtain this advice.
We will provide you with a Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement specific to your business to protect your reputation.
We will issue a Breach Agreement Notice on the offending party.
If the offender responds to the Concerns Notice, we will in consultation with you, respond back to them.
