In the majority of cases after a concerns notice has been issued on the offender, the defamation ceases.  However, in a small percentage, an offender may respond or seek legal advice and their lawyer will respond.  Sometimes an offender just wants to have their own say in a situation.  We will forward any response to you for review.

A response from an offender, either personal or legal, is not usually anything to be concerned about because we assume you would have previously told the truth, and would have had proof in the form of screen shots about your situation when we drafted and sent the Concerns Notice.

Following your reviewing of the offender’s response, you can then instruct us to respond on your behalf.

Complete the form below;  we will draft a response and obtain your approval prior to sending it.
